Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. 

Location: Based at our beautiful Wash Farm in Devon, near Buckfastleigh, this role offers flexible, hybrid working, with a 2-3 days a week on-site. 

As Digital Trading Manager, you’ll guide the way in shaping our online experience, curating seasonal products and ensuring an intuitive, engaging shopping journey that reflects our commitment to sustainability and quality. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll blend creativity with insight to optimise our digital offerings.

This role goes beyond sales; it's about nurturing long-term growth, boosting customer loyalty, and driving “box plus extras” buying behaviour. Coordinate a team and make a lasting impact in a company where every voice matters.

Skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in managing online product assortments, sales performance, optimising digital platforms to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong ability to evaluate sales data and customer behaviour, using insights to shape product offerings and promotional strategies, increasing basket size, profitability, and retention.
  • Experience working closely with teams such as brand, range development, and demand planning, ensuring seamless coordination to enhance the online shopping experience.
