Organic Seville oranges
About
We had some extra Seville oranges on the farm – so we’re offering them for just £1 a bag, with all proceeds going to our charity partner Send a Cow.
Bitter, fragrant Seville oranges are the very best variety for making traditional marmalade. We get ours from our old friend Amadora in Seville, who has been growing organic oranges since 1986. The fruits are wonderfully knobbly, with the incredible scent and unusually high pectin content that Sevilles are prized for.
Your £1 will go straight to Send a Cow, our long-time charity partner. Send a Cow help African families escape poverty for good by providing seeds, livestock, training and support, enabling people to grow enough food to eat and extra to sell. Charity number 299717.

Grown by Gospa Citrus, Mairena del Alcor, Spain
Gospa Citrus is run by Amadora Gahona and her children in Mairena del Alcor, near Seville – a region famed for its outstanding citrus fruits. There have been orange groves on their 60-hectare farm since 1867, and they were the very first orange farm in Andalucia to be awarded organic status.
