Lean back bacon cut from the loin, and dry cured by hand to let the organic Wiltshire pork’s natural sweetness shine. The result is not too salty; just full of flavour. Unbeatable for breakfasts, or nestled between slices of soft, fresh bread for the best bacon sandwich.

How to prepare
Sizzle in a pan or under the grill for a few mins on either side, until cooked through and nicely crisp.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
