Full-flavoured unsmoked streaky bacon, made with organic Wiltshire pork, dry cured by hand to let its natural sweetness shine through. The result is not too salty; just full of flavour. Brilliant for bringing savoury depth to most dishes – or just the thing for crispy, golden-skinned pigs in blankets, or wrapping around chicken and white fish.
Contains a minimum of 6 rashers.
Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.

How to prepare
Sizzle in a pan or under the grill for a few mins on either side, until cooked through and nicely crisp.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
