Mint and yoghurt dressing
Mix with chopped cucumber, apple and celery, spoon over a warm tray of spicy roasted baby carrots or dollop into pitta bread with roasted lamb and salad leaves.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 large mint leaves, chopped
- salt and pepper
